Student Enrollment / Registration

Process Steps:

1. Complete all online registration processes.  All steps are required for registration and enrollment.  Work with the Registrar throughout all processes. 
2. The CKSD Registrar will contact you to schedule an orientation meeting with the guidance department and school leaders.
3. An official start date will be identified to you and your child will be activated as a CKSD student.

To enroll your child in the Claysburg-Kimmel School District, you must submit the registration information online. Please use the link listed below.  If you are unable to complete the online registration process, please call the Registrar to schedule an appointment. 

After submitting the online registration forms, please call either the:

Junior/Senior High School-814-239-5141 ext. 1304

to identify your submission and schedule for the following processes. You will be required to provide one document from each of the following categories. Documents can be submitted electronically to Mrs. Reva Smith, Elementary Registrar, or Mrs. Sherrie Doroba-Junior/Senior High Registrar, or by fax at:

• Parent Identification (ID)
• Driver's License, State ID, or
• Visa/Passport.
• Proof of child's date of birth. Acceptable documentation includes any of the following:
• Birth Certificate.
• Proof of Residency
• Utility Bill (residential), or
• Copy of Lease, Housing Contract or Sales Agreement, Property Tax Bill
• Immunization Record: This must be received before the student will be able to start school.
• Current Immunization Records
• Official School Record Immunization Sheet
• It is your responsibility to provide this to us. If necessary, you may request that the previous school fax a copy to: Elementary: 814-239-8994
  Junior/Senior High: 814-239-8949

• If applicable, please also forward the following documentation via fax to: Elementary: 814-239-8994
  Junior/Senior High: 814-239-8949
• Special Education Paperwork
• Any specific health or wellness notifications that you wish to provide.

*In order to attend the Claysburg-Kimmel School District, a child must reside with parents/guardians and sleep in a home located within Claysburg-Kimmel School District boundaries.  Ownership of or association with CKSD property does NOT determine residency.

*All student withdrawal procedures are handled by Mrs. Reva Smith or Mrs. Sherrie Doroba.
