Attention 9th grade parents.
1 to 1 Personal Computing
The Claysburg-Kimmel School District is implementing a 1-to-1 Personal Computing Program! This program will begin with students in Grade 9 in 2016-2017. This means that every 9th grade student at CKHS will receive a laptop computer to use as their own. The laptops will be issued to the students, and the students will keep them for use, in much the same way as they keep their textbooks for use.
Students and a parent/guardian MUST ATTEND one of three informational sessions on the 1-to-1 initiative in order for the student to receive a laptop.
Please plan to attend one of the following informational sessions, scheduled during parent conference times, to gather more information and learn about the requirements involved in receiving a laptop:
• Tuesday, November 22 from 12:30 PM-1:00 PM
• Tuesday, November 22 from 5:30 PM-6:00 PM
• Wednesday, November 23 from 9:00 AM-9:30 AM
ALL SESSIONS WILL BE IN ROOM 225 AT THE HS
