Important Announcements

1) Thanks to all the parents & students who helped sort hoagies last week!  It was a very successful day.  

2) Please mark calendars for TUESDAY DECEMBER 16th at 7PM - the combined JrSr Band & Chorus concert.  Please remember there is a dress code as outlined in the handbook and make sure your child is appropriately attired.  If you have a financial concern with this requirement, please contact me privately and we will make arrangements.  The concert is the performance evaluation for MP2 and is 15% of the MP2 grade.

3) Gardner's Christmas candy sales are ongoing through Thursday November 13th - Students will make 30% profit on total sales.

4) Tu/Th only chorus students must also complete musical enrichment for MP2 -They may choose from the following:  A Voice Lesson with Me or Private Instructor; CACT show participation; Participation in Senior High County Chorus or County Band; attendance at a choral concert (another school or professional)  with submission of a program and a 1/2 -1 page summary of the event.  This is worth 15% of the MP2 grade

Chorus announcements will be posted here - please check back regularly to stay informed.

1) All chorus students must schedule a voice range test with me during the first 9 weeks - these can be done 2nd, 4th, advisory or after school.  This is 15% of the MP1 grade.  Sign up on the door in the chorus room.

2) In addition, students in enrolled in Tu/Th only chorus are required to have some sort of musical enrichment - this can include scheduling a voice lesson with me, taking private voice lessons, participation in CACT or the HS Marching Band.  This is also 15% of the MP1 grade.

3) We will be selling Marianna's Hoagies from September 25 - October 9th - with delivery on Friday October 24th.  New this year - all orders must include payment in advance.  I will accept a post-dated check (no later than Oct 24th)  Parents and students are needed to help sort orders on 10/24 at 5:30AM - at the Elem LGI room.
