Response Protocol

The district is updating our emergency procedure language this school year. This language is referred to as the Standard Response Protocol.  During the opening in-service days and throughout the school year, we will introduce and train everyone on this new terminology and the processes. In previous years, we used the terms "Lock-Out," "Lock-Down," and "Evacuate." Moving forward, we will align with other Blair County Schools and adopt the "I Love U Guys" terms.  Standardizing our region's safety terms will allow first responders to have uniformity in their understanding of emergency needs.  Please see below the flyer that describes each response protocol.
